A trailblazer in modern manufacturing and R&D for LED luminaries, Mr. Kaushik initiated in-house LED lens development to champion 'Made in India' products. His expertise in lens design layout, coupled with rich qualifications including an Engineering Diploma in Tools & Die Making, underscores his visionary leadership.

Mr. Mangat Rai, the Vice President of Optiks Mechatronics Private Limited. Joined us in 2022 with over 15 years of lighting industry experience, he's the driving force behind our sales growth and innovation in the LED optical lenses business. A dynamic leader, Mr. Rai's journey includes impactful roles at Bajaj and Havells Lighting. Armed with Master's degree from Eastern Michigan University, he's an active member of MISLE, ensuring we stay at the forefront of market trends and technological advancements. His expertise and passion are instrumental in integrating cutting-edge technology into our endeavors.
